A Done-for-You Retainer Might Make Sense If...
You find yourself having to take time to "relearn" how to do things because you don't do them that often.
Your people change roles fairly often which means you have to retrain, retrain, retrain.

How a Done-for-You Retainer Works
STEP 1:
We'll talk about your project to get a clear sense of what's involved.
STEP 2:
We'll suggest an approach.
For small projects, we'll likely suggest that you purchase an hourly block. Hourly blocks are purchased in advance and can be used flexibly to cover whatever tasks you might need.
For ongoing support, a flat-rate monthly fee may be more appropriate. We'll scope the work and provide a quote.
STEP 3:
We'll get started and you'll be able to monitor progress through our Client Portal where our team logs tasks and time.
